Hi! I'm Scott, a Front-End Development student with a background in IT and a lifelong passion for building.
My journey started in England with Lego and sketchpads, fueled by a drive to create things from scratch. While I spent several years building a career in the corporate IT world, I eventually realized I was missing that original creative spark. In 2024, I decided to turn a redundancy into an opportunity: at 37, I took the leap to study web development and bridge the gap between technical logic and artistic design.
My Philosophy
I believe technology should feel human. My goal is to build interfaces that are beautiful, intuitive, and genuinely fun to use. I'm trading “comfortable” for “inspired,” tackling code with the same curiosity I had as a kid—just with better tools.
Beyond the Code
When I'm not at my desk, I'm usually training or keeping up with my three children, who are constant reminders that the best ideas come from staying curious.
